My wife and I bought into a lower plan for $3000 because we were told we would get great deals on cruises. We only take 1 cruise a year. When it came time to book... Their deals/prices were higher than what we booked for on Cruisesonly.com! We bought over 3 years ago and have never used the plan. They refuse to give us any money back, but I sent an email off to admin@vacationls.com asking to stop our annual support fees. 8 on your side may be able to help...
