This actually is not a complaint, but a very positive review from a customer of Vacations to go for more than 4 years. Over that time we've booked 4 cruises with VTG with very good, reliable service. From shipboard credit above and beyond what the cruise lines were offering, to great deals. They also will continue to re-fare you cruise to see about lower rates from the cruise lines whenever you request. I have had excellent luck working directly with a manager. Overall, I'm sorry to see all these complaints. VTG has an A rating with the BBB. Thats speaks volumes
