TI Enterprises-billing name based in AZ Charged my account even after I cancelled and refuse to credit my money or provide a suupervisor, very rude

First of all -Travel Innovations, uses billing name of TI Enterprises, po box 26940, Phoenix, AZ 85068. Will not give you their physical address, so for those of you looking, I have it - 7228 NORTH DREAMY DRAW DRIVE, Phoenix, AZ 85020.

I received a telemarketing call, and was persuaded with a "free" 100 walmart gift card, to receive information about 2 companies. One was IdentitySweep and the other Travel Innovations. I stupidly agreed. When I received the packet there was a number to call and cancel. So I did. I received a confirmation # as well. Oh, and of course, no gift card.

I use an online pay program and don't check it frequently, as I rarely use it, but look at it on a quarterly basis or so. I was shocked to see that I had been charged the 14.95. So I called the number listed near the charge (800-858-4838). Spoke to a really rude agent, John - agent # 1020. He wouldn't hear what I was saying and refused to get me to a manager. He refused to issue the credit, said he doesn't show that I called them, even though I provided the person, time, date and cancellation confirmation number. John put me on hold and asked a manager if there was a person who ever worked there with the name I had given him, and said they denied it. So again I asked for the Supervisor he refused, and refused and refused. He then proceeded to tell me that I had access to the service and should have used it, blah blah. He eventually hung up, because I was holding forever if I had to.

I called back. Spoke to MaryAnn. She took my number and said a manager should call me back within 24 hrs. I then searched the company online and decided to report them, I however needed a physical address, so called back and spoke to Becky, she refused to give a physical address of the 'headquarters' and I refused to give her my personal info, but she gave me a PO Box address.

I will be reporting this company here, BBB, and through my payment agent.
