David brown fraud-do not charter a bus with this company

Danger!!! Do not charter a bus from this company. We paid for two buses -verified that his drivers had the SPAB licenses' -that are required by law-to carry students and were told they had all the proper licenses' needed. The buses arrived but only one bus driver had the right license. We had to scramble to find another company (at the last second-very challenging), and pay for yet another bus. Dave Brown promised a refund for the bus that wasn't properly licensed and the "check was in the mail". He has pulled the same stunt in FL. Stealing from kids is not OK.
