Morgan Resorts appear to be pulling shenanigans at many of their resorts.
Check out their parks at RVparkreviews.com or at tripadvisor.com. One or two complaints can be written off.
Multiple complaints show a disturbing trend. Morgan appears to be having severe financial trouble.
They have a large debt (online. Wsj.com). They are desperate for cash. If you give them a deposit and want it back, forget about it.
Employees were laid off for several weeks. Who does that in the middle of the camping season?
There are reports that vendors are not being paid. Ex employee reports at glassdoor.com are also very ugly. Lots of ex employees at linkedin.com. Length of tenure with the company is short and turnover of employees is very high. Upkeep at parks is getting bad.
If you are on their mailing list their offers want you to pay in full up front. Bottom line, DESPERATE for CASH! The best thing customers can do is to do their own research and spread the word.
Whatever you do be cautious about sending them any money up front or paying for space in advance.
Maybe a company that is better managed will take the parks over.
