I was a tenant at a campground, Echo Farms, run and owned by Morgan Resorts and paid them a $250.00 electric deposit in 2005. I left the place in July and asked for my deposit back in Aug and have made NUMEROUS calls all to no avail. THEY ARE STONEWALLING ME MONTH BY MONTH! Giving me different stories every time I call. I am going to call all the tv reporters in that area and the national stations in ny city and report this to them. I am betting they do not want this on ABC with Diane Sawyer! They have my deposit and they also have the new tenant's deposit on the same site. My patience has run out and I am taking some action.
