Never Using United Again

Ok well i would appreciate more than a simple message to do this so i will keep trying to contact and find different ways.

First thing is I got a trip to Saint Thomas Virgin Islands I was suppose to leave thursday show up friday morning then leave sunday night. It didn't go that way...

I missed my first flight because at United All the computers weren't working and i was over an hour early and my confirmation code wasn't working, once i got assistance it was too late (and i wasn't the only one that's for sure) Then they would not do ANYTHING for me and i begged and begged and they wouldn't even change my flight for next weekend.instead you guys said the set we can do is fly you out tomorrow at 6pm which meant i would arrive saturday at 11am and leave the island sunday 2:50. The flight attendants thought it was funny and sent me off. So i did it with more trouble and i'm pretty sure she took my drivers license and didn't return it to lost and found because it was lost right when i got home to wait for the flight.

Then i make the 6pm flight the next day and fly to vegas then New jersey. The vegas flight was delayed so i missed the New jersey flight AGAIN... And i was only a couple minutes off and the plane was right there and they wouldn't help me. So now i am going to fly another way to the island but even later. I went from Puerto Rico and then to Saint Thomas. But let me remind you my ticket they gave me wasn't logged in the computer so that was another set back.

Also you guys Screwed up my return flight they had to give me a whole new one because it was all messed up.

So every time i landed i had a trouble with you guys. I will never fly with you again unless something is done about this.
