Whenever we faced them with proof that VTC along with other groups cost a portion of this charge, they provided, and we approved, like a bargain, two VTC-Deals $1,000 each. After weeks of delaying techniques they used the very first Voucher. We get no reaction regarding payoff of the 2nd Voucher. VTC statements MVP published the Deals without their agreement.
