Theft by Deception

Hello,

My name is Suhas. Me and my 5 other friends took an airline ticket through an agent named Vikram who runs Krishma travels and tours. I bought a ticket for myself on May 16th for 1350$, Return ticket (Reference Number:- DM68PN) from JULY 10 to August 21 in Fly Emirates from USA to India. I went to their office at 665 Newark avenue, Jersey City NJ and paid the money by cash to the receptionist named PAM. My friends had also bought a ticket from that place for May 28, so that day i went to drop my friends to the Airport where i came to know that the tickets were booked and then cancelled. Next day itself we went there but the office was closed and the guy had switched off his cell phone. So, we went to the police station at 862 Central Avenue. Jersey City, NJ. There they asked us to get the written letter from the airline stating the reason for the tickets to be cancelled but the Emirates people did not give us that letter. I went to the police station again and then they allowed me to file a complaint regarding he same. My complaint number is 14077.11. Please do help us and do guide us what can we do next.
