Copy of complaint to A1nationalvanhire:
At 11.34 this morning I was called from 01162603599 to say that the luton van you took a booking for was not available. This was leaving it rather too late for me to be able to find another hire firm. Your operative said a Transit LWB was available and at 11.36 I confirmed that it would surfice. After 5 this evening an SWB van, totally unsuitable turned up with two of your operatives. They informed me that you do not hire Luton vans! I asked them to return the van and deliver at 7am tomorrow a Transit or other LWB. They said they would do this. I have just phoned 01162603599 who inform me that the office closed at 5pm and is not open until 8.00 am. How long do you expect to stay in business? Please ensure that you do not debit my credit card and that you remove the details from your database.
