Can not cancel the vacation package

I had been approached by etourandtravel providing me likewise a Mexico holiday deal which was really why I replied for them, since I had been involved to visit Mexico and also to relax about the seaside, this past year I had been in Cuba for 7-Dayis and also the bundle was $ 1450.00 all involved for me personally and my spouse.

Aniwayis a girl named me after few-day"s and began to discuss orlando and daytona I informed her that I had been searching for Mexiko but she were able to persuade me the additional bundle is much better, about the end-of our discussion she asked me for my CC # and that I offered it to her convinced that they're not likely to cost me till I seethe DVD.

Several dayis later I acquired the DVD and that I wasn't greatly pleased, and so I deliver them A Contact to stop the bundle, it was just 7 dayis later, they react to me that they'll not stop it via E-Mail!!!??? Why? They would like to talk with me I understood easily talk for them they'll attempt to persuade me again, I told them when they wish to talk with me they are able to contact me in europe and whe may speak, They never replied to that particular.

Well today the 15-dayis termination time period is previous and that I am charged $498.00 and that I can't do something about it. I am not likely to this journey I'm not receiving my money-back, I believe I did so stop promptly however they doesn't take E-Mail cancelation, I don't understand what to do. I dont understand how is it feasible to possess businesses such as this, someone must close them along since this the things they are performing isn't individual, I really hope someone may split their throat and that I desire them to obtain exactly the same back what they did to us but 1000 times worser.
