Ruined Vacation

We saved and looked forward to this vacation for a year. What did we get for $700? This is what we got! A totally rotten day. Lines were so long that folks were getting sick from heat and wait. You couldn't walk through any area without feeling like a herd of animals. My husband and I left by 3 (arrived at 10am). It was the biggest rip off of my lifetime.

So what should have happened. There should have been a "warning board" at entrance alerting to long lines. Let it be my choice to come back instead of taking my money and not being able to deliver. We waited over an hour for a stinking pizza and 6 sodas. It was over an hour to get into Harry Potter village with another 2 hours to ride the Harry Potter ride. I could keep going but you get the picture! Those decision makers at Universal should be forced to come into the park on these days. Shame on Universal to value the almighty dollar instead of their guests. I will tell anyone who will listen to stay away from Universal because of this practice.
