Contacted by company saying they have buyer for my Timeshare. They have buyer who is willing to pay $29,784.23. I am required to provide an "leagle fee" of $1927 and title search fee of $1263. Closing within 30 - 90 days or I get refund.
Called to check on progress of sale. Phone was Disconnected!
