Gave trip sheet through email and gave credit card that always says declined. Than said check is in the mail

RxMedCo called us back in 2010 in April, they used our services for a month and when we tried using the credit card they gave, it declined. Then they said the check is in mail. We than provided transportaton again in May and in August. Totaling 900 $ We have tried to send small claims to false address provided on thier web page and through address they gave us. Still have not found a true address to send letter to. Charles Mobile, Alabama
