Buyer beware!!!
My wife and I made reservations to eat Thanksgiving dinner at 2:00 pm in a private dining room at the Hide Away Country Inn sometime early November. Our experience was mixed as the dinning experience was excellent as oppose to our customer service experience with Debbie Miller A.K. A The Owner as she likes to flaunt. We were not greeted upon arrival nor given any instructions in contrast we waited approximately an hour and fifteen minutes before we finally got seated. We found Debbie Miller very abrasive and rude in her demeanor after we introduced ourselves and stated that we had 2:00 pm reservations. Later, we received a phone call about staying overnight Christmas Eve and Christmas day of which we reluctantly decided to do, only after Chief Mike apologized and offered us special perks in order to help redeem our experience.
