I was supposed to fly today to panama city, my car broke down on the way to the airport and i arrived late. I arrived at the airport at 4:08am and there was nobody at yor kiosk. I was trying to speak to a rep from your company and was not succesful. I went to security which tried to contact the gate where your guys where and they couldnt get in contact with them. Finally they answered the phone and said it was too late and that i should just call customer service. She was very rude and didnt care about teh fact that i missed the flight. I know its not her fault but she coulve been more courteous and instead just brushed me off and hung up. After several calls to customer service i was bounced around between expedia and your company. It has been the worst customer service experience i have received from an airline. I fly a couple of times a year and never have i been treated like this. To top it off when they told me that there was a flight leaving at 5pm from newark the fee an extra $472 so i can leave today.
