Illegal activity, and rude

I simply rec'd an unwanted (crap) fax - that will be illegitimate - from U.S. Travel Affiliation, who suggest that they're an associate of the American Culture of Travel Agencies. I named the amount and requested the title of the company. The girl who responded stated, "Cancun Vacation". I expected to get a fax number and he or she hung-up on me. I called back and got a guy. I requested the title of the company and he explained "U.S. Journey" I expected for that site and he explained they do not have one. I stated, "many people possess a site." He explained, "nicely that is many people and hung-up on me. I called back and also the same guy responded. I stated, "You hung-up on me." He explained, "Well, I believed the discussion was over." I expected to get a company target and he explained he wasn't likely to provide me that info. I questioned why and he explained, "I am not providing you with any info." Believe these people really are a genuine company?
