We paid in advance ($500) to have Forbes Limo take us from an address in New Jersey to JFK International Airport last November, and to pick us up on our return.in both cases, they informed us at the last minute that they were "unable to accomodate us." (Driver didn't come in). They referred us to another service which did the job, but we had to pay them. Forbes said they would refund our money right away. But, it is now April and still no refund. I have written to them and spoken to them numerous times, and I'm always told it will be taken care of.

I have filed a complaint with the New York State Attorney General's office, Bureau of Internet Fraud, but have no resolution yet. I recommend that travelers avoid Forbes Limo like a plague.
