Stolen from me not only the fees that they asked for but also $700 i have payed for two extra days... in paradise

I did paid all fees they requested, and beside that we paid $700 for two extra days for me, my wife and our son wich was 5 years old at that time.
We suppose to travel on 18 of may but because of the swine flu outbreak they told us everything was canceled for now. We were trying to book again but nobody answered to those web tickets
We never been able to contact them to get refund. They suppose to return us $1200 (150 100 per pers 700 for extradays)
I am going to go to police and make a police report and see if i can get them to search them
