Were to cruise out-of florida november. 2010 with carnival elegance. Circus waited until last two times just before sailing to formally stop sail therefore were not ready to rebook with anybody but carnival also it cost us an additional 1,053. Not right... It will not need cost us something because we'd no additional choice.
