2 roundtrip worldwide airline tickets RIPOFF

I recently won an auction on EBay for a laptop computer. The seller also noted that winner of the auction would also receive a voucher worth up to $1600 for 2 roundtrip airline tickets.

Upon receiving the voucher, it stated that I fill it out and send it to "The Guest List, PMB 685,734 Franklin Avenue, Garden City, NY 11530 WITH $20 for the shipping and handling fee. My check has been cashed quite a while ago, and I still have not received any airline tickets.

I've just now looked up the address on-line and have found out that the same address has been used for several other scams including this airline ticket scam.

I have the contact information of the person who sold the laptop computer and who gave me the airline ticket voucher (he left his information in my laptop). However, I am not sure if he is a part of this scam or not.

In addition, another friend of mine was offered the same airline ticket voucher deal from another source.
