Unsolicited Win

I received a telephone call, unsolicited, informing me I had "won" a gift package: 4/3 Orlando; 3/2 Daytona; 3/2 Fort Lauderale; 4/3 Vegas; Orlando Magic Card; 7 Day Care Rental or 2 One Day Theme Park Tickets; "MANDATORY TOURS" and -DISCOUNTED BONUS TRIPS - 5/4 Cancun; 4/3 Bahama Cruise-n-Stay for s deposit of $168 plus $35 for Las Vegas. Unfortunately I gave them my credit card and on receipt of their package in February, I returned the material to them with a request for a refund of $203 US. They subsequently phoned to say I could not receive a refund as it was too late to cancel. My sons in Toronto sent me copies of a message from someone who was contacted by them also at about the same time, but when he refused to give his credit card information "Chris" who had phoned him from #305-479-2657 hung up on him. I object to this type of marketing as a "gift" or "win."
