I booked a trip to Thailand with this rip off company.

When I booked, the hotels that they claimed we'd be staying in were fantastic, very upscale, 4Star - which made sense considering the $3,000 price tag (airfare not included).

BUT, when we actually got to Thailand the hotels were changed and massively downgraded. We wasted two entire days of the 11 day trip trying to sort out the accomodations but it never improved. We were stuck in dumps, literally filthy roach motel dumps.

Once we got home, I called the owner to complain. Her only resolution was to offer me a discount off of a future trip. As if I would ever travel with these bait and switch swindlers.

AVOID this travel club because you don't get what you pay for.
