I purchased a changeable ticket with the promise I could change my travel dates without penalty. CheapOAir did not honor what its ticket agent said, and blamed the issue on US Airways. They now want nearly half the ticket price to be absorbed in "penalties." I am being penalized because you told me something and I believed you were ethical enough to stand behind what your agent said? That is a very unethical business practice!
