Have not recieved the funds for the sale of our time share

Have forward monies for transfer of title and taxes for the Mexican government plus excess taxes which we were told was due. We were also told that the purchaser would reinbuse us those expenses when the deal was done as it was a business expense for them and a tax wright off. Have tried to contact them since we forward the fund all we get is an answering machine leave message and no reply, same thing with the e-mail
