Scott Bell from Global vacations working with Aliance Esrow told us they had a buyer for resale of our time share. Monies were sent to a mexican bank that were assured would be reimbrused at time of closing. We have not been able to reach either Scott Bell at Global vacations or anyone at Aliance Escrow by phone or e/mail
