Charged but no use of facility., United kingdom

I was on line looking for hotels in Pennsylvania & United Sates of America. I evenutally found the one I was looking for and made a reservation.

On mymonthly bank statement I found a charge for $155.16 and international service fee of $4.65.

I had no intentionof going outside of the U.S. I don't have a passport to go anywhere.

I would greatly appriecatehaving my money returned.

I also have no idea how the hotel received my credit card information.

This all happened Oct 4th
