Zaza Hotel in Houston Lying, Unprofessional, Dishonest... Crooks!

Unprofessionals and crooks! My wife and I stayed at the Zaza Hotel in Houston and used their valet service... We later found out that it was a third party contractor DBA Sovereign Services. These guys cracked my windshield and won't fix it. The manager claimed it was a rock chip. I had a professional check it out and they confirmed that it was a "vertical" impact that caused the crack, not a foreign object. I notified Sovereign Services and now they say that since I left the premises and then came back 20 minutes later, they are not at fault! These guys do not perform inspections before they take possession of your vehicle nor do they inspect the vehicle before they give it back to you. Lack of inspections make it easier for them to deflect responsibility for their incompetent employees. DO NOT TRUST these people with your vehicles... Very dishonest.
