Breach of Contract... Swindlers...
It is clear now that these people were deliberately scamming the public. I have information that indicates that Happy Camper Rentals was renting out owner's RV's without the owner's knowledge. Consequently, they were bilking owners as well as rental consumers.
I returned the trailer on time in better condition than it was in when I rented it... Numerous attempts to call / write / visits have failed. There is now a sign posted on the door of the building they were doing business stating "Out-of-business".
