Travel ripoff

We have a Certificate #72416 1 A and been waiting since July 29 to get any satisfaction. We have a paper trail to include a U.S. Postal Service Certified Mail Receipt dated July 29 for the $100 processing fee for a vacation package.

The lastest letter from MVI Air & Land is dated September 11 AGAIN REGRETTING alternative date is no longer available. We have requested a refund of the $100 with no word as of 11/21/03.

We believe that we need to inform our State Attorney General, Mr. Mike Hatch about this company and their business practices. Our son worked in his office last year and is now at the Minnesota Supreme Court so we can muster some pressure at the state level if this report is not acted upon.
