Stealing Our Money

We checked in paying for 3 nights with cash and late at night discovered the bed was full of somebody else's hair. We cleaned up as best we could and told the General Manager the next morning that we were checking out. She gave us a credit invoice for our funds and explained that the "accounting department" would send us a cheque. After several months and no cheque we were advised that by signing the check in form, we had agreed that there were no refunds allowed. We're still out our $108.62 and the Pigeon Forge Tourism Dep't, the GuestHouse International organization and the Medical Officer of Health were sympathetic but that's all they could be. We do NOT recommend this hotel.
