Orlando Party Bus, Enroute Entertainment BIG SCAM! Cleaned out our bank account!

Enroute Entertainment was supposed supply us with a party bus for a trip to Ft Myers and back. They subbed it out to Actionville Limo. However, Enroute charged $500 to our card the day of pick up by Actionville. Actionville shows up in a stretch limo instead of a bus. No room for our luggage so we had to put it in the limo with us. The agreement was for $1900 round trip and we would pay for the drivers hotel the night of and the night before pick up. When they arrived they handed us a contract for over $2000 and asked for a card to "swipe" for damages, etc "just in case". When asked why the contract was more, they said that was for the credit card price. They wanted us to pay cash, so they drove us to the bank. We went in to draw the cash out, but they and enroute had drew $1500 out of the bank account already. When asked, they said - "oh that is all security. We will credit that back when the trip is over". Needless to say, we were then forced to give another credit card to "pay" for the trip. They made blank imprints of the card. Again, for "damages". 3 blank imprints. We wanted to fill in the contract amount, but they said, "no these are only for damages. We wont even use them". They take us to Ft Myers, spend the night and are supposed to take us to port the next morning. We go out and the limo is broke down. We are now forced to rent vans for over $400 to get us there so we dont miss the boat. Conveniently, the contract was left in the broken down limo. When we returned a few days later, they actually showed up in a party bus for pick up. They took us back to the hotel, and then the next day drove us home. The night we arrive home, the charge over $1000 on our credit cards. We are now at over $5000 for a flat fee trip of $1900. When contacted, they claimed they had over time, and they were going to charge us even more. "It is a 3.5 hour trip to Ft Myers, and it took us 7 hours" so we are charging overtime. WHAT?! We asked for our contract and they replied they had already mailed it to us. Its been several weeks and we still have not received the contract. We also asked about the charges from Enroute, and they said that is not their problem. I called and emailed Enroute several times, and they would never respond or refund the money. This is a huge scam. We had to cancel cards as they continued to run our credit cards! Do not use them or Orlando Party bus!
