Bought 2 seats to Universal Studios via lastminutetravel.com. Obtained a message verification that I had been informed was a "voucher" that I should provide at US to obtain seats. Upon getting the "voucher" to US, I was informed that it had beennot, actually, a voucher. Merely a contact from lastminutetravel.com declaring I purchased 2 seats from their site. There is no barcode to verify the seats and also the whole box-office at US stated they'd not undergone the corporation before. After I named lastminutetravel. Comis intended "Customer Support" point and described my scenario (I had been standing in the playground waiting to obtain in), the "repetition" was of no aid and stated the WHOLE box-office (such as the manager and also the manageris manager) were incorrectly educated. He provided no aid and was rude. He explained I'd to document a by mail to obtain returned. I submitted a contact but received no reaction. I called again and was informed I'd to email.
A business that requires your cash and provides you-no seats in exchange? A business that's a phony "Customer Support" point/e-mail? DON'T USE lastminutetravel.com.
