Never got my tickets

I'm extremely annoyed. I bought tickets towards the Bears vs Eagles game online through Windy City Roadtrips and that I never got my seats. I bought the seats in September and was informed I'd obtain them in March. After I didn't obtain them in March I had been informed by Rob that I'd obtain them in November. Whilst the sport became sooner he explained he'd FedEx them in my experience overnight... That NEVER happened. I'd bought these seats for my parents (this could have now been my momis first Bears game). These were really enthusiastic and created programs to go to the sport.in the end that point these were dissatisfied once they never got the seats I'd guaranteed them like a present. I can not think somebody might consider my cash and not deliver me the seats. He might atleast had explained he did not have them and so I might have bought actual seats for them. Alternatively I'm out my cash and my parents lay house and viewed the overall game on Television. I'll NEVER use Windy City Roadtrips again and that I think these were bought through turbo seats so please be familiar with who you purchase your seats through. The next time I'm going to be going through StubHub.
