Prepaid booked vacation

I arranged a prepaid vaction in Hilton Head 18-month before. After I named to guide it 3 months prior they stated guidelines altered should call-back 60 days preceding. After I did they stated can't accommodate my request the 3 rooms I settled for. I inquired if 2 rooms could be okay. Its been 4 weeks of nightmare. Making messages with no response. One individual from the title of jennifer is in control Also It appears no-one can support. After I named spinnaker hq in California to try and obtain a return the amount is definitely hectic and that I am not able to talk to anybody. The amount I've to help make the scheduling is in Mo. They usually move me to Jennifer to whom I keep a mesage and not hear back from her. My spouse doesn't wish to move anymore. I'll never visit Hilton Mind again and that I am warning all Canadians not to visit Hilton Head and simply no prepaid holiday in Hilton Head.
