Don't attend a demonstration in the Belaire in Puerto Vallarta. They create incredible guarantees which are all lies. Don't buy-in!!! We were simply there in the demand of buddies who purchased in 4 years back and also have gotten nothing due to their $25,000. The very first of three towers (???) is approximately one-tenth completed (in 4 years) and certainly will likely never be completed. They get really unpleasant should you decrease to provide them $25,000 for nothing. Again... Steer clear. Should you choose attend a demonstration, don't purchase!!! You've been informed!!! If you like togo only for the cash (4000 pesos), demand on at 3000 pesos within the taxi on the road towards the Belaire. This way, once they wont allow you to keep simply because they believe you'll remain for the money, you are able to go out and obtain a taxi back again to wherever you're remaining. We did that recently and certainly will place the cash away for home year in P.V.
