All In One Vacations
Free cruise turns into $300 nightmare

Traveling & Tourism

I was offered a promotion for $99 which included a 3dy/2night stay in Ormond Beach. If I attended their promotional seminar I would get a free cruise to the Bahamas for 4dys/3nights and only had to pay the port fees.

When I signed up to take the cruise I was informed I needed a passport, and the hotel I was staying at didn't offer much in the way of amenities including food. I had to upgrade to another hotel which offered for $300 tips, food and activities for the entire time.

I canceled by phone call to my travel advisor who didn't and hasn't several weeks later returned my phone call. I e-mailed with no result. Called and left messages 3x, e-mailed 3x and still no response. I almost signed up with this company because they would buy back my timeshares as they told me I couldn't deed them back to the resort. Upon returning home I found out I could easily deed back the time shares so I fortunately canceled my membership.
