Wrong information given from your Ticket Agent

My wife and I were flying back from a trip to Cancun, and while at the ticket counter in Cancun Mexico, your USAIRWAYS ticket agent asked if we would like to upgrade to 1st class for one of the legs back to Spokane Washington. She told us that the cost would be $100 — we questioned her to be certain that she meant a total of $100, and not $100 each. She confirmed a total of $100. We decided to upgrade for that cost. We received our VISA bill this month and saw that we were charged $100 each — a total of $200. I called US AIrways and they confirmed that the cost to upgrade was $100 each — but my complaint is that we were given the wrong information from your agent in Cancun — we would not have upgraded had we known it would be a total of $200 to do it.
