Dear Team,

I am professional in ICICI BANK LTD., at Madurai, Tamilnadu.

I am your customer for the past 4 years. Eventhough I am your customer I havent treated well.

In icici bank we used to sell the icici prudential life insurance products at our bank.

Since I am working in Icici bank I received a gift voucher of Rs10,000/- worth air ticket coupon from icici prudential life insurance co., that belongs to jet airways.

I went to the nearest airport, Madurai to book an air ticket with that coupon.

The officer Mr. Sundar replied that this voucher was an old type, previously we have been using and this is out of date. He asked some time to revert back.

After two days that officer called me and said that "sir, you can use the air ticket coupon provided your identity proof".

Then i asked him I have only the id proof of icici bank but in that voucher it is quoted as icici prudential life ins co ltd., How can I provide the icici prudential id proof.

But the officer replied you can provide the id proof of icici bank and collect the ticket.

How come it is possible, then what is purpose of providing id proof. Id proof should be tallied with the document. But if not what is the reason behind.

Now I am totally dis-satisfied with the service provided by the jet airways.

Herewith I provide the details of the gift coupon. If possible please revert my query.

Please confirm whether

I can take air ticket by providing original passport or driving license for verification.

Or Is it possible my wife can travel with the ticket by quoting her name in the passenger column since it is an gift voucher.
