No hot water for all week of our visit

We didn't have heated water to wash for 5 times in the Playa Alameda in Varadero. We requested and requested what exactly did we get. A container of bourbon delivered to the area. You cant wash in bourbon.

The beach wasn't raked or well-kept. It'd little bits of limbs through the mud.

I went into one bathroom away from Italian-Restaurant, as well as in the very first workplace was a bathroom all killed up installing on the ground. I'm so dissatisfied since it was our very first time in a resort and that I don't return there.
