Manipulative deceptive aggresive rude tactics

I have to say these are the most talented/well trained employees ever. (My story is similiar to many of those who listed complaints I received a mailed certificate that listed a price that was less than half the actual price in the end) Who have a great ability to make whoever calls in feel like they are losing out on an amazing deal if they hang up and it wont be offered again. Have any doubts? They'll cover it up with fast talking and comments that insinuate you possess a great deal of stupidity. Obviously if you have any doubts someone else will get on the phone to ensure you that the deal is awesome. Call back because you reconsider? That's when the fireworks happen.
You will get anything from, why its such a great deal (expected). By this time they probably aren't even listening because they just at this point talk over you, I could be saying the secret to life and they'd still be cutting me off. To, it's been "invested" (shady especially when you have to book in advance by months) or; it's like buying clothes, you can't just get a refund when ever you want (totally the same, but then again. At least I'd have clothes from that... So not the same at all); why don't you take some responsibility? Umm... Ok sure take almost a grand from me and do absolutely nothing in return... All MY fault.
I'm okay with taking responsibility but can they attempt to take some as well? If you have these tactics, many people will get a product that they are not happy with and try to bring it back, although some might be content with the arrangements. If you have agents who are trained to behave this way, take some responsibility and be accountable. Otherwise, don't train them to be result driven, anything at all cost jerks. The company knows this is effective, they can get the sales that normally would be a no sale w/added pressure and false prices that will lure consumers in. There is obviously a problem if so many just seem to have compliants. Or could it be that it's this companies unfortunate luck, and everyone is picking on them? Can all those listing complaints be just too stupid and illiterate to understand what they are getting into? Ummm... Most likely not. The only thing people have against this company is they took their money in a really shady way and they won't give it back, but are really quick to insult, taunt, and be inappropriate to them.
