Fraudulent signup w / AMEX card

This is actually the second-time we've obtained a email notice to be registered due to their "Journey Discretion" support. Allegedly free for just two weeks, after which billed $80 to AMEX card. It was not required or approved by me. The notice seemed to be spam, but I popped the notice to determine that people have been registered for this deceptive support. I terminated immediatedly, when I did once before. I named our AMEX card, convinced that it was a company associate. It wasn't, plus they produced an archive of my criticism from this scamming company. Additionally, we terminated the present card and certainly will get a fresh card/bill number. I'd prefer to document a using the BBB or proper national organization. Any comments? Let us set a finish for this organization! Lots of people are most likely spending the costs without recognizing everything is just a fraud.
