Con men - took my money and never returned my calls. No contract, no check, no refund, disconnected phone numbers!

I gave these idiots $500 three years ago to market my timeshare. Never heard from anyone until last week. They had a buyer and needed $400 for a title search. Like an idiot I sent it to them Western Union!"The check will be there tomorrow. Call me when you get it." Yeah, right! It's now almost a week later and there's no check, the phone numbers I had for the company are disconnected. I reached the "Ken" who supposedly sold my timeshare today and got put on hold and then disconnected. When I called again I was sent to a message service. Fat chance I'll ever see my $400 or any contract. Does anyone know any way I can get these jerks? Thanks
