My Free Travel
I'm mad as hell about being scammed and am reporting them to Illinois Attorney General Lisa Madigan. To do the same, go to illinoisattorneygeneral. Gov/consumers/index.html

Like so many others reporting here, I have been scammed by My Free Travel, having received on Sept. 9 a retail merchandise certificate (after a time share presentation) that promised $300 (over the course of 12 months) in $25 VISA cards. Although the certificate promised there were thousands of participating merchants, and "no exclusions, " I was required to select one merchant and purchase at least $100 of retail (no grocery) items from that merchant each month, then submit the receipts. I did this for October, November and December, and haven't received one VISA card, much less my $9.95 refundable registration fee.
I encourage everyone to go to www.http://www.illinoisattorneygeneral. Gov/consumers/index.html, fill out a complaint, print it out, make copies and send it and all supporting documents to the address at the top of the form.
These bums can't get away with this.
