Ripoff false promises victimized many consumers

We paid over $5,000 to Travelbridge and were made to believe at the time that this was easily a plan we couldn't refuse. They made it sound so good that it seemed to be a no-brainer. Boy, were we misled. We have yet to get back $1.00 of our investment and this has been since 1999.

We believe that we were literally lied to in that presentation and very soon after, we discovered that others in our group had paid much less for exactly the same plan. These people are scam artists and we are embarrassed that we fell victim to their marketing tricks.

We tried to get out of the plan five days after we signed, but, of course, were refused. The more we talked to others, the more we knew we had been taken, and others were feeling the same.
