It is doubtful that Super Shuttle listens to individual consumer complaints, but BBB complaints against the local office may have a way of causing the local managers to gripe to corporate. My complaint with BBB was regarding Super Shuttles refusal to acknowledge a request to modify their site to make it clear that Reservation Rewards would begin a monthly billing cycle.
