I recently "reserved" a Jamaican holiday with STS. My partner and that I were all worked up about it — it had been said to be our vacation — we started informing pals, seeking time-off at the office, etc. However, "the cost never experienced, " despite the fact that I obtained a verification quantity and an electric bill. While it never seemed on my charge card statement, I chose to provide STS a phone. They, however, were inaccessible, and maynot bother to contact me back. After I eventually got through, they attempted at fault the issue on me and agreed to re-guide the holiday at 3 TIMES THE FIRST PRICE. After much protesting, they ultimately accepted they had created a pricing problem and really should have named me the moment it had been found.incredibly, however, they nevertheless did not provide me-any payment (i.E., 10% down, $100 credit — fundamental company courtesy) for my difficulty.
