I recently examined my Lowes charge card online consideration to determine when my zero-interest promotion might end to find out I'd overdue payments! I named customer support plus they instantly explained to contact an 877 amount. I named that quantity, that was clearly not in The United States, where I obtained the run-around for more than 30 minutes. No body might tell me several of three or four scripted reactions. Never once did they claim these were not really Lowes/GEMB till I eventually talked having a "boss" who again couldn't inform me why I never obtained a bill/e-mail/telephone call ultimately accepted it was a collections company. I settled the total amount since I have didn't need an adverse tag on my credit rating. I subsequently discovered from my primary credit supplier Citibank they were lowering my borrowing limit by more than 85% to simply $88 over my complete stability of $4,100. I had been angered w/d I've had excellent credit rating. I named Lowes/GEMB back but again I acquired the "it aint my darn issue perspective" from numerous people, declaring they attempted to contact me. I'd near-perfect credit before I'd this consideration and today I can not actually continue holiday w/d they documented towards the credit agencies I had been 60-days overdue. I'm mad that the $50 bill has destroyed my credit. I've documented this towards the FTC, BBB and you will be seeking further motion if GEMB does not return my calls, characters. I've never been handled thus badly and just like a felony! I devote on average 10,000 annually at Lowes that'll now be likely to Homedepot!
