Summer bay resort: website & computers down for three weeks!

I cannot get the confirmation for my travel dates for my upcoming travel 9/3 to 9/6 at Gatlinburg TN. I have confirmation letter but got a call from summer bay that it ha been cancelled. There are computers are down for ridiculous amount of time (3 weeks!).
