Paid for Rooms then never received them/Altered documents

We arranged areas through vacation link earlier this spring. We turned up simply to discover they didn't have all areas available. They place some people in bank-owned areas (police arrived and closed us out). This additionally some areas lacking warmth, heated water, along with other features.

We're still looking to get our money-back out of this complete catastrophe. We've involved an attorney to help becuase we're referring to a large number of dollars in discounts.

People who deceive us and didn't provide us our discounts.
